Hi!
Looks like son, Lester L. SHIRLEY, died July 2, 1943 of high blood pressure. Wife's name was Belle.If you have adobe acrobat, you can see the actual death certificate at: www.familysearchlabs.org
Also, looks like Stephen M. died of syphillis with pernicious anemia as the secondary cause on Sepetember 10, 1913 in Defiance.
