I found this fascinating and wonder if my ancestor, Joseph S. Warner could have been Judge John's brother?? According to the 1850 census Joseph had brothers Andrew(b.1828), John (b.1827/8) and sister Elizabeth. His father was John Warner a farmer in Darke, Neave, Ohio and his mother was Elizabeth __?

Joseph S. was a master mechanic in Brunswick, Medina Co. and married to Ester/Esther __ (born in Conn.) He died in 1865 apparently fighting in the Civil War. By 1860 they had 2 children Fredrick Stanley Warner (1855-1938, and Clarra (b:1858, wed and moved to Tacoma, Wash. where mother Ester died in 1914). They had another daughter Cora Elizabeth Warner(my great grandmother) (1861 - 1890's). She married Elra C. Palmer and bore 2 sons before her early death. I know very little about her or her background so I hope you may give me some information?? Thank you.
