Searching for information on this Harter family who were on the 1880 Darke County, Ohio Federal Census Report.
Alpha Harter, Head, Male, Married, Race White, Age 46 Birthplace Ohio, Both Parents born in Ohio
Eliza A., Wife, Female Married, Race White,Age 39 Birthplace Ohio, Father born on Ohio, Mother in Delaware.
George, Son, Male, Single, Race White, Age 16 Birthplace Ohio
Clara, Dau, Female, Single Race White, Age 11 Birthplace Ohio
Charlie, Son, Male, Single Race White, Age 10 Birthplace Ohio
Iber, Son, Male, Single Race White, Age 2 Birthplace Ohio

They had moved to Madison County, Indiana and were on the 1900 Federal Census Report there. This time Alpha's name was Albert Harper.

Rosa, Dau-in-Law, Female,White, Aug 1879, 20, Married 2 Years, 1 Child, Birthplace Germany, Parents Germany
Willie, GrandSon, Male, White , Feb 1899, 1, Single, Birthplace Indiana

Rosa's Maiden name was Wiese.

Iber and Rosa Harper had a son, William George Harper, so Willie and William is the same person listed in the 1900 Madison County, Indiana Federal Census.
