Hi Leonard: Thanks for responding to my request. My e-mail address is It looks like no records were kept at that time. I was wanting her birth certificate so that I might could get info on her father, DINSTLER KINSTLER, born in Germany. There are 5 census micro rolls for 1870. I went thru the one for Wards 11-15 & Dover & East Cleveland, since I didn't know what part of Cleveland they may have lived in. Some entries were readable and others not. Thanks again, for the time spent.
