I read your posting this morning, and decided to do a quick search on the Linndale Road you mentioned. I was aware that there was a small village on the southwest side of Cleveland with that name, so if there was a Gresham, I figured that it might be in that area. When I went into the map site for expedia.com and entered Gresham, Ohio, this is what came up as a match.
Gresham (Linndale) Ohio
Although I have never heard of Gresham, and it appears on no map that I can find, it is apparent that Linndale was once known as Gresham.
