The best public sources of photos would be a senior picture from high school, an engagement or a wedding, celebration of a 25th or 50th wedding anniversary and from an obit. And in this case, any photo from a society event.
A short death notice in the Cleveland newspaper says she died in San Francisco so maybe her obit was published there. Check http://sfpl.org/index.php?pg=2000049301 on how to get a (no charge) copy of her obit.
