I thought you might be interested in the
entries in the Cleveland City Directory for
1932 under the name Hasselo:
Hasselo, Albert G. (Marg) fish 3147 W 114th

Hasselo) cigar box mfr. 7100 Colgate Av
Hasselo, Edw. H. (Nora) mgr. Hasselo Fish Co.
3127 W 114th
Hasselo Fish Co. (Edw. Hasselo Mgr.)
11 Sheriff St. Mkt.
Hasselo, Harry W. (Estelle M.) Hasselo Cigar
Box Co.
Hasselo, Herman bolt maker 2126 W 58th
Hasselo, John B. (Hasselo Sales Co.) awnings
r2019 W 89th
Hasselo, Marine (Edith E.) tool mkr 1622
Parkwood (L)
Hasselo, Mary A. (wid Wm.) 2019 W 89th
Hasselo Sales Co.(John B. Hasselo) radiation
shields 4408 St. Clair NE
Hasselo, Wm. A. (Thekla) Hasselo Cigar Box Co
3205 W 86th
Hasselo, Wm. C. student r 3205 W 86th

Can you connect to any of these? I think
they all stem from one immigrant family,
that of a widow, Gertrude Hasselo, who came
to Cleveland with five children about 60
years earlier.
