You're very welcome. I hope Tom can find his family! The Austro-Hungarian Empire did not break up until after the end of WW I, 1918. The only KASCHALK I find is a Josip who was from Lithuania which was not part of that Empire, but it was part of the Russian Empire. Yes, Croatian genealogy is very interesting.
