I've printed your message. Thank you. I did send to the Cleveland site that will send 3 free obits published in the Cleveland obits. All Kaschalks. I hope to get some married names of daughters. Apparently they were from the Austo-Hungarian area after the Empire's breakup. The family listed several different areas in the Hungary area. Gr.gr.grandfather Garbinsky listed Russia and Poland Russia as his place of birth. Stephen Kaschalk was also found as Joseph and there is an immigration entry for Josif Kaschalk. Tom is very pleased his family is being found. When his father died at a very young age, his mother remarried and he lost track of his father's family. He had no idea his grandmother's name was Garbinsky. So, you and I have made one man very happy this holiday. He has his roots, so now he can look for branches. I imagine Croatian research is satisfying, especially with its rich and varied history. Thank you again. Sirley Maynard Hampton, VA Notify Administrator about this message?
