Nicole,
If you want to find out where people are buried the best way is to get their death certificates. The older certificates can be gotten from the "Ohio Historical Society" and the later ones from the "Ohio Dept.of Health".
Both places have web sites with all the pertinant information.
The City of Cleveland still controls a lot of cemetaries and dealing with those people has not been easy,in my experience.
