Need help with 1928 Cuyahoga County obituary PLEASE???

The following is poss my GGGFather????

I have rcvd a copy of the 13 Oct 1929 Ohio death certificate of a man named Charles COLLINS. I strongly suspect that he is, in fact, my GGGFather??? As shown below, the "informant" is listed as "Infirmary Records". Am hoping that a Cuyahoga County, Ohio, obituary exists that names his late wife and/or surviving child/children which would confirm his identy as my GGGFather.

Info from Ohio death certificate:
Registration Distrct No. 283
File No. 64317
born: //no date//
died: 12 Oct 1928 Infirmary Hospital, Warrensville Township, Cuyahoga County, Ohio
residence: Cleve. City Lodge No. 15 F & A M
age: 74 years
undertaker/funeral home: The Wm. Abel & Sons Co.
buried: 15 Oct 1928 Woodland //cemetery//
informant: Infirmary Records, Warrensville, Ohio

The above death certificate states that Charles was "married" and that is wife's name was Anna COLLINS. This may be an error (or old filed info) in the information provided by the infirmary records. My Charles COLIINS was, in fact, married to an Anna Jane (nee McGOVERN) COLLINS who had died in 1921 and who was buried in Monroe Street Cemetery in Cleveland, leaving Charles a widower. Her husband, Charles COLLINS was living at the time of her 1921 death //her widowed husband, Charles, is NOT buried with her in the Monroe Street Cemetery//. Suspect that after Anna's death in 1921, her widowed husband, Charles COLLINS, may have ended up living at the Cleveland City Lodge where he died in 1928 and was poss buried (by the Lodge?) in Woodland Cemetery. About the only was to prove that the Charles COLLINS who died on Oct 12, 1928, is my GGGFather Charles COLLINS would be though an obituary which hopfully names his surviving children which, per my info, may have only been a daughter named Louella (nee COLLINS) ROOT witth Charles' wife Anna and poss as many as 7 other children having died before him (most as infants or young children & being buried in the Monroe St. Cemetery in same sect/lot as their mother, Anna).

NOTE: I have obtained info from the Cleveland Publc Library Files (Woodland Cemetery records - not an obituary) re the 74 y/o Charles COLLINS who died on 12 Oct 1928. The Necrology Files DO NOT name any surviving kin.
