Cuyahoga County townships

Does anyone know the formation and extinction dates for Cuyahoga County townships? Only two townships, Chargin Falls and Olmsted, still exist. I only have a few dates:

Bedford
Brecksville
Brooklyn
Chagrin Falls, 1845-extant
Dover
East Cleveland
Euclid, 1809-
Independence
Mayfield
Middleburg
Newburg, 1814-
Olmsted, -extant
Orange
Parma
Riveredge, 1926-1990s
Rockport
Royalton, 1818-
Solon
Strongsville
Warrensville, -1990s
West Park
