I'm suprised that you have not received a response. Holy Name was a Catholic High School. The Harvard location closed. However, the school merged with others and there is currently a Holy Name High School in Parma, Oh. They may have copies of old yearbooks. You may also want to post a query with the name, etc., that you have on this person.
