Hello,
Your Mary Kurtz is probably the daughter of Melchier Kurtz, a relative of my John George Kurtz. Here they are in 1850:

J. G. and Dorothy, as well as Melchier and Catharina, are all buried in Brenner Cemetery in Crawford County. It is a small cemetery, which enabled me to photograph it in its entirety, which can be seen here:

I am not sure how Melchier and John George are related, but I am fairly certain that they are somehow relatives, brothers or cousins perhaps. Hope this helps at least a little bit!
