Hattie Barger, granddaughter of Mary Kurtz, 1900 Crawford County Census

I am seeking information on Hattie M. Barger who is listed with her grandmother, Mary Arras, in the 1900 OH Census for Crawford County. Hattie was born February 1889. Mary Arras, was formerly, Mary Kurtz. She married Phillip Arras in 1862. They had: Henry, Jacob, John, Lizzie, Rosa, Katie, and Mary. Phillip is not listed in the 1880 Census for Crawford County, however, Mary and her children are. Hattie is listed in the 1910 OH Census with Rosa Arras Warrington and her husband as a boarder. Any further details would be greatly appreciated.
