The name is Jacob Frederick STRAUB to Margaret MARCHEL [they butchered her name] 11-4-1841 Coshocton OH

All the census says Jacob F. They moved to WI where 6 kids were born; to MO by 1860. Do you need census?

1840 Coshocton STRAUBs [1850 none]
MICHAEL, Linton Twp, Coshocton
David 50-60 with many ch; dau right age for Margaret
John 40-50 " " "
Per 1850 census...David b 1794 Switzerland; John b 1792 Switzerland

Elisha and Elijha both d WA...also on FAG

Jacob F STRAUB, 45; MO State Militia, Co C 6th Cavalry; married, born Baden; 5' 10 1/2; farmer; blk hair/grey eyes
He filed for pension 1884; Margaret filed 11-18-1889.
CW pension files are usually full of great info.
