I will be in Columbiana Co the end of July. According to the internet the Courthouse at 105 S. Market St in Lisbon holds birth, death and marriage records. I have many to look up. Do they allow genealogist type people to come in and look at the records? Will I need an appointment? I would appreciate it if someone could give me some help. Thanks.
