Susan....I could only find one thing that MIGHT be your Emanuel Bogie in 1880. Here's some info on the rest of the family. You may have these things already, but will send them just in case you don't.

Both Frank and his mother Ida's Ohio death certificates are on the link below. They are listed as: Frank Bogie, died 1932, Wilmington, Clinton County and Ida May Bogie, died 1921, Wilmington, Clinton County. If you haven't used the site before, click on the little black box to the left of the name to see an actual image of the certificate.
