Wright, John and Hannah, Clear Creek MM, Ohio, 1810-1822

Found the following entry in Hinshaw:
Encyclopedia of American Quaker Genealogy: Ohio Volume 5
[p.317] RECORDS
Wright
—, –, –. John & Hannah
Ch: Jonathan born 1817, 10, 25
Rebecca born 1820, 6, 14
1822, 1, 21. John died buried Clear Creek.

Is anyone familiar with this family? I do not know how to read these encyclopedia entries very well, but if John Wright died in 1822, it may be that Hannah went on later to marry Samuel Coffin in 1838 in Ohio. Does any of this ring a bell for anyone? If so, I would greatly appreciate a reply. Thank you very much in advance.
