Marion Garner (originally from Martinsville)

I am originally from Martinsville, OH and I am trying to find out something about Marion Garner, who MADE the James Garner monument in the Martinsville Friends Cemetery. I remember him making it, (in the late 1940's probably), but do not remember any of the details about him or his immediate family. My Gr.Gr.Grandmother was Ruth Garner Andrew and I have been thinking about this subject for many years, and have never come across much about Marion Garner in my research.

Can anyone tell me something about him, or any of his direct Garner line? Would like to hear from anyone who might have him in their line or could share info regarding him, just for my peace of mind.
