I found in the Waynesville, Ohio newspaper "Waynesville News", October 25, 1905 in the personal and local news,
"If you want something strictly up to date in photographs have Spahr make you some of his carbon platinos."
Then, "From now until January, Spahr will give each dozen photos taken of babiew two post cards with baby's picture on them or one with each half dozen." We live about 15 miles from Wilmington, so I don't know if he was living here or Wilmington. I don't know anything about him, but what I found in the paper.
