I feel stupid! I looked at the picture of the monument my cousin sent me again. She put three pictures of the three sides together and copied it. It looks like one picture, but it is actually three photos of the sides of one stone. Sorry about that, Vincent COX is on one side though and not listed in the cemetery book. My great grandparents were supposedly taken to the New Vienna Cemetery for burial. I did not find them at the cemetery and there is no office there. I would like to know where they were placed at the cemetery and anything else I can find out about them. Vincent and Nancy COX, daughter, Mary Alice COX) DEWEY died April 24, 1888 in Chillicothe Ohio and was taken to New Vienna Cemetery for burial. Her husband, George D. DEWEY died February 16, 1890 in Chillicothe and was taken by train to be buried next to his wife. They were married in January of 1878 in Clinton Co. They had left five children, Helen A. Dewey went to live with Mr. and Mrs. (Elizabeth sur name unknown) Riley GRAHAM. Helen's twin brother Fredrick Charles DEWEY may have been with a family there also in 1890, until he went to the Odd Fellows Home in Springfield, Ohio in Clark Co. from 1896 to 1903. Helen was listed as a neice on Censuses from Clinton Co. Ohio and she graduated from Garison Corner School in Blanchester, (from the book) in 1903. The other three children were George W. DEWEY, Charles TERRELL DEWEY and Anna DEWEY, they went to Marrietta Ohio, in Washington Co.
