You have been hunting for your Page relative, as long as I have for mine, and we are in the same territory. I wrote to you a few years back. To refresh your memory, My James Page was born in Logan County KY in 1823, and he died during the Civil War (1865) and is buried in the National Cemetery at New Albany, IN. He was maried to Maria Hardesty Feb 20, 1848 in Clinton County, OH. (I was born and raised in Clinton Co., OH (Martinsville)) There was a James Page that married Elizabeth Collins in Warren County, KY (next to Logan Co.,KY) and they later lived in Highland Co., OH. I am so positive that the older James is the father of my James, but have searched everywhere for PROOF. Nothing. What I am wondering is if you ever came across these people, or know anything about James and Elizabeth Collins Page. I know you have been searching for years, the same as I have., and it really gets to you when they were from the same areas as we were. The information has to be hidden in our locales. I am like you, I am just trying to find a thread of info that could let some light shine on the problem. Wondered if you ever came across anything regarding the James and Elizabeth Page, other than just their names. Would love to hear from you again. Miriam Page Whitehead Xenia, OH
