Dear Mick,

You certainly have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to research! Thank you so much for sharing. Do you have any suggestions as to how I might go about finding which township Blacford was serving?

I keep thinking that surely some of the children of Joseph and Mary would have the family bible or records of each of their children.

Do you know if there would be such a thing as a school record that early? What other records would identify the children of a couple in that time period besides a will? Have you by chance checked to see if they might be Quakers? Do any of your Stephenson ancestors have a particular religion that we might check for early records?

Thank you again for the time you continue to spend answering my questions.

Karrie
