Philip resided/owned property in Franklin
Co, PA but would live in Ohio at different
times of his life. In 1801 he and wife
Plantina Stutzman gave power of atty to their
son Abrham stating they lived in Clere.Cty.
In 1800, similar power of Atty stated they
resided Clermont Cty and Territory NW of Ohio
River. Are there any other children and where
did they die--Wills etc.
