Mental Hospital-Clermont Co.??? Where???

Was there a "mental" hospital in Clermont Co. in the early 1900's? Have a person, that "disappears" (her last child b. 1917, in 1920 census her husband is "M" but no wife is with family) from family from around 1917 to her death (by drowning in Little Miami@Batavia) in 1925. She committed suicide. She is buried literally across the county (just about) from her family's area. They lived up around Owensville and she is buried at Mt Olive. So was there an institution and if so, who would hold those records?
