I am looking for any information on who this Thomas Phillips is. I think his wife was Martha. I am trying to find out who his children were and where he lived. I have a copy of a will that says a Thomas Phillips had land on the waters of Cloverlick Creek. It mentions the property lines beginning at a walnut tree, then N4 w230, E80, etc. Does this mean anything to anyone??
