All we know is that they were living in the Cincinnati area which means either Butler, Clermont or Hamilton Co.
I have tried for years to find the divorce records for Ernest (Earnest) Glenwood Buckle vs. Regina Ross Buckle. It should have taken place in Hamilton Co. between 1923 (birth of their last child,) and 1930 census. By the 1930 census, Regina has remarried to Walter A. Sommerhalder (Sommerhalden.) I've not been able to find a record of that 2nd marriage either. There were 5 children that were "farmed out" to others, except for the daughter. Surely there must be some records somewhere.
I contacted the county about 5 years ago (on two separate occasions,) but the lady who checked could find nothing on these people. I've not been in a position to be able to go down to the courthouse in person to check. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
