What cemetery? Jacob/Jakey & Letisha Cornwell

Can anyone tell me what Clermont Co. cemeteries are on line? I am looking for the graves of Jacob/Jakey Cornwell (infant) who doesn't seem to be buried at Tate Township Cemetery with the rest of the family. He was the son of William "Alpheus" and Eliza Middleton Cornwell, born 24 Oct. 1891, died 30 Oct. 1891. Also, looking for Letisha Cornwell, who may have married and I have no idea what her married name is, daughter of Green Berry and Elizabeth Ward Cornwell. She was born 19 Dec.1871 and died before 4 June 1898. She may be in the Tate Township Cemetery Book by a married name. Any help appreciated.
