Rebecca A. Ford 1806 VA to 1893 IL

I'm trying to find parents of
Rebecca A. Ford b: 1806-06-06 in VA d: 1893-11-19 in Sangamon twp Piatt county IL buried: Mackey cem. S of Mansfield, Sangamon twp Piatt county IL m: c. 1825 in Champaign county OH to Hugh Vance Hanna b: 1801 in Berkeley county VA (now WV) d: 1874 in Sangamon twp Piatt county IL.

Speculation: Joseph Ford b: 1781 near Hagerstown, MD m: 1803 to Catherine Snell (daughter of Samuel Snell? Henry Snell? & Christena Miller?) b: 1781

There is a Henry Snell (William Heinrich Snell) b: 1756-11-18 in Germany d: 1827-10-06 at Pleasant Plain, Harlan twp Warren county OH buried: Basinger cem. near Pleasant Plain, Harlan twp Warren county OH m: 1780 in Washington county MD to Christena Miller b: 1761-12-04 in Washington county MD d: 1815-05-07 at Pleasant Plain, Harlan twp Warren county OH buried: Basinger cem. near Pleasant Plain, Harlan twp Warren county OH (with photos of grave-stones posted to the web) who, according to a couple undocumented entries at familysearch.org had a daughter named Catherine Snell b: c. 1781 (Reform Congregation church, Hagerstown, Washington county MD)

And one of those bio books mentions a Josep Ford that fits, having worked as a teamster between Cincinnati (Hamilton county) OH and Champaign county OH.

And that, in turn, means that its plausible that a Rebecca Ford, daughter of this Joseph Ford might have met Hugh Vance Hannah whose father, David, lived in Champaign county OH in 1811, but moved to Springfield, Clark county OH in 1815.

Does anyone have marriage records? Family bible records? Vital records (births, deaths)?
