REBECCA J. LUCAS, daughter of WILLIAM B. & CHLOE LUCAS, b c1858. Found in the BEDFORD CO, VA 1870 & 1880 Census. Then no further findings. I found none of the WILLIAM B. LUCAS family in the 1860 census in any state.
Her family migrated to OHIO right after the 1880 census. Other members of the family: FRANCES, JOSEPH JAMES, JOHN L.
I found these members [plus WILLIAM & CHLOE] in Champaign & Madison Co. OHIO in 1900 plus census but I have found nothing on REBECCA.
Perhaps she married and stayed in VA? I have a feeling her middle name is JANE and she also went to OHIO but have not found contact of her there either.
Help?
