I don't know if this is MY William Collins or not. I have just found, through the help of a woman in IN, that my William might have been in IN in 1850 adn 1860. The census info isn't right, age, place of birth, but so many aren't. He is in the right place, at right time to marry my ggrandmother there. Still trying to find more on him.
