Will OVERTON living with Beaver family Champaign CO, OH 1860

I am trying to find out information on Will Overton, age 10, living with the I.N.(Isaac Newton) Beaver family is related to the Beavers, and if they are legally his guardians, or what the connection is. We think he is our ancestor, but need more information on him. We think he might be part of a family that several children were "farmed out" due to his father either dying or abandoning them(could even have been a divorce), and the mother couldn't take care of them. She was from OHIO, but because we don't know her name, we can't trace her, hence we are looking for this WILL's parents.
