The 1900 census of Brown Twp Carroll Co OH shows Earl as either 2 or 3 yrs old. (Born 1897 or 1898)

I found an Earl Jackson born 2 Jul 1897 who died Oct 1962 at age 65. His social security number was issued in Wisconsin. SS# 395-01-6842

Earl did show up on Carroll Co census records at least through 1920..so, whatever took him to Wisconsin happened after that.
