Looking for information about John b: abt 1764 d: before 1850 and Isabel Scott b: 1768 d: before 1855
They immigrated from Donegal County, Ireland in the early 1800s. They came to Carroll County before 1830. I am not sure if it was Stark County at that time.
They had nine children:
Rebecca, Charles, William, John Jr., Jane, Isabel, Susy, Nancy, and Ellen.
Charles, William, John Jr., and Jane moved to Illinois.
Rebecca Scott married James Scott in Donegal County, Ireland in 1819 and they immigrated to USA in 1820. James and Rebecca lived in Pennsylvania for seven years and then bought land in Steubenville, OH on 10 Dec 1827 to be closer to Rebecca's parents John and Isabel Scott.
Isabel Scott was living with her son, William Scott in Schuyler County, IL on the 1850 census at the age of 82.
I think they may be buried in Union Valley Cemetery Carroll County, Ohio.
