  of 1086

Andrew Jackson HANNAH was born 1817 near the Ohio River in Brown County. He was married to Margaret C. DUNLAP (d/o Joseph DUNLAP, sister of Alexander). AJH & Margaret's children were: Joseph Mansfield (b. 1850, m. Agnes WEAVER), William A. (1852-1909, m. Sarah Jane GAMBLE in 1891, d/o Charles & Sarah JACKSON GAMBLE and sister of Kate GAMBLE McMURRAY, Rachel, and Edna GAMBLE ANTOSE. Wm. & Sarah are buried in Robinson Run Cemetery in PA), and Mary E. HANNAH (b. 1854, m. Dr. Geore BONE). These families lived around the Crafton, PA area (now absorbed in Pittsburgh, PA).

In 1850 census it shows AJH living with Wm., Rachel MEEKAN and their one year old daughter. In 1865-1871 AJH owns and sells a farm in Washington County. In 1875 he moves his second family to KS.

AJH married Martha WEAVER (d/o John S. WEAVER, sister of Agnes), their children were: Henry, Andrew Gustave, James, Ida, Allie, Agnes, Rachel, George Weaver, Blanch, Estella.

AJH had siblings, two were named Jane & W. H. HANNAH.

At one time George Weaver HANNAH told his family that his father said that in KY 1/4 of the land where he was born was called Hannah.

Joseph said that his father was born in KY and Andrew says he was born in OHIO.

Where was this man born and where did he die? Any information would be greatly appreciated......Where is he buried?
