The format for the census for 1820 Brown County, Ohio is the same as the sample that you downloaded: six columns for white males, five columns for white females followed by the four columns for natural born/agriculture/etc.

The problem with that record is that tape has been used to keep the pages together! The tape obliterates those center columns. Some pages for the Brown County census are more readable than others. But your particular page is really bad!

Unfortunately you are left with a records that looks like this: 100100 - 101?? - ?001. If you were to go to the National Archives in Washington DC and have them pull the original record, you might be able to make out any markings that are behind the tape. Otherwise, you're left with the question marks.
