Old brick mansion on Rte. 50 W, Fayetteville lookup

I am looking for the name of the first owner of the old red brick mansion located just outside of Fayetteville on W. Rte 50. As you are going out of town it would be on the left side of the street. There are beautiful large trees all around the house. I think the name is something like Behring or something similar. Someone I talked to said this might have been their summer home and they might have lived in Cincinnati, OH. I do not know how accurate this info is. Could someone please lookup the records and see who owned this house in the late 1800s. I believe they were the first owners, but not positive. Thanks so much.
