Bavouzet / Bavouset family land record search in Brown County, Ohio

  of 1086

My Great Great Grandparents arrived in the Perry township, of the Fayetteville area of Brown county in July / August of 1847. Their names are Etienne Bavouzet (later changed to Stephen Bavouset) and Francoise "Francis" Bavouzet. Francis is buried in the St. Patrick cemetery in Fayetteville with her son George next to her.
I am interested in obtaining copies of Land titles, records, land discriptions, plats, maps, etc. of the land they lived on.
If you are able to assist me I would be greatful. I live in Texas and therefore I have not been able to do much ground work in Ohio.

Extra Information:
The 1850 US Census lists them as "Echin Bowser" in Perry district 19, page 315 family 612.
The 1860 US Census lists them as Stephen Bavouset on page 70 family 1 of the Perry Township in Fayetteville.
In 1873 they moved to north Texas, leaving Ohio. A couple of their daughters stayed in Ohio. One was Philamina, who married Frank Gavey.
