Page, Benjamin d.1903, Southern Ohio

Have exhausted all means of discovering the place of death for subject who died 12-01-1903. Just finished a 1,000 mile swing though courthouses/libraries in Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Highland and Hamilton counties, Ohio without success. Found his resting place (Goshen Cemetary, Goshen Twp., Clermont County, Ohio), his marriage (03-23-1862 in Highland County, Ohio), his probate records (Clermont County, Ohio in which his residence is shown as O'Bannon, Goshen Twp., Clermont County, Ohio) but not WHERE he died. Perhaps I missed something or an indexer missed a record - does anyone have an idea for alternative method (s) of finding WHERE Benjamin died? An experienced researcher with some advice about a similiar situation which they have encountered? Any researcher in the counties named who might be able to re-check my work? Any help will be very much appreciated.
