Philip Br?????, b. 1858, in 1880 Census

I am looking at the Perry Twp., Brown Co., OH 1880 census and cannot decipher a name. It appears to the Pilip "Brulfort" or "Brulpoint" or something similar. He is listed as white, male, 22, single, Laborer. He is living with the family of Patrick Savage and his wife Rose. He is listed a "Binlaw". His last name, therefore, is likely Rose's maiden name. Philip and Rose were both born in Ohio. Their father was born in France, and their mother born in NY.
Appreciate any help I can get.
Thanks,
Bob Krumm
