NEWELL'S - early Adams/ Brown County
Posted by: Steve Guthrie Date: April 23, 2000 at 21:46:39
  of 1086

Seeking researchers of William Newell and Sally Paul, who lived in early Adams County (and Brown County, Ohio...which was formed from Adams County.)
They had sons: Thomas, George, etc...
I figure William died about 1830 or so, in Brown County. William came from Fayette County, Kentucky...and orginally from Pennsylvania (or perhaps, Virginia...both claimed much of southwestern Pennsylvania during the famed "border wars."
Thanks,
Steve Guthrie
