The Centennial History of Belmont county has over 700 pages of genealogical information. As you have access to St. Clairsville, the library there has the book.....there are many Suttons in the index, but without dates and a given name to go by, I would have no idea if any of them could be the family who married need to look at the book the next time you're in St. Clairsville; there must be over 100 Giffens in the index, much too much to type in.
