Willliam Moreland, Lampsville, 1856

Can anyone help? Looking for any information on William Moreland, living in Lampsville in 1856. Believe he was a blacksmith and may have died in Lampsville. His wife was Elizabeth Boyd and they were married in Carroll Co.OH in 1844. Is there an estate probate for him or a will? What township was Lampsville in? Is there a cemetery in that area? Thank you in advance.
