Richard L. Riley b in Va 9/25/1777; to Wheeling in 1800; to this county in 1803. In 1807 he m Elizabeth DAY, b 1788 and had 10 chl He d at age 83 and his wife d age 85. Members of Wegee M.E. Church

Samuel Riley b in this county 10/14/1810; m 1831 Elizabeth MYERS, b 3/4/1809 and had 3 sons and 5 daughters. Members of Old Wegee M.E. Church. He was a twp trustee, assessor & constable.
