I have a book titled Tombstone Inscriptions and Family Records of Belmont Co., Oh. by Esther Weygandt Powell. I checked for your surname and found the following information:

Pultney Twp Pioneers:

Benjamin F. Day b 1848 in W.Va son of John W. & Hester (DEATON) Day both of Va and had 15 children. Benjamin m 1877 Lovena Van Scyoc.
