I think you may have the wrong idea about the OHS...it is a huge building in Columbus, that warehouses much of the genealogical materials/documents/records/newspapers for the entire state of Ohio....it's not just a small chapter but THE place for genealogical information in Ohio...and what they don't have they tell where you can find, as in the case of naturalization records. I do recommend you visit, if not in person, then online http://www.ohiohistory.org/
