There were no death certificates till 1867. I have no burial records, although there are many published, but I checked Mckelvey's Centennial History of Belmont Co, and while there are Drakes, there is no Benjamin Drake included. Sorry.
I'm curious, though, as to how you know his death date without a death certificate or burial record.
