Would there be any records available 1820? period, Sturgeon or Stevison.--Searching for info on Jacob Sturgeon, who along with John Sturgeon purchased items at an estate sale, 1816 and again in 1825-26. Our ancestor, John Sturgeon family was listed 1820 census. Cannot find any info for Jacob Sturgeon.--John Sturgeon was married to his third wife, Ann V. Stevison Sturgeon. The mother of Ann V. Stevison, Catherine Stevison, widow of William Stevison, who died probably Pa., remarried, but, cannot find her second marriage record.
