I was not able to find the Wagner/Waggoner's that you are looking for in any of the Auglaize Co., Cemetery records. There is a Rachel Wagner listed in Auglaize Co., Probate Death Records Vo. 1, 2 & 3 1867 to 1898 that sounds like it could be her. No Abraham at all.

Wagner, Rachel birth place ___ 80y9m date of death 28 Aug 1891 Clay twp. paralysis vol. 2 page 6w

Wagoner John birth place Ohio 48y1m13d. date of death 11 July 1869 Logan twp. consumption Vol 1 page 19

There was a John Wagner with wife Sarah Phillips and John Wagner and Eliza Montage listed in some of the cemetery books so this John (above)could be one of them.

Sorry I couldn't help you more. Good Luck! Are they still in Auglaize Co in 1870/1880?
